In the Sicanian land this is often still a tough job because it is lived with unchanging times and trends. We will spend the day with some of these young shepherds who have given up everything to carry on the family trade of four generations. The day also includes a tasting of local cheeses.

And it is here that an "Experiential Guide", a "Local insider", "u canuscituri" comes into play. WHAT IS AN EXPERIENTAL GUIDE ... ??? He is a person who has lived and lives in a place that, over the years, has developed a knowledge of the people and of the place that possesses the keys necessary to open the doors of local hospitality to the traveler. A figure that leads the guest to live an experience together with the locals. A meeting designer; All trying to respect as much as possible, the life, dynamics and rhythms of the host community. A sort of storyteller, a story teller on the road.

About 30 km from Agrigento, in the hinterland, on a lonely hill in the middle of the Platani river valley, a small village with an ancient history. We are in Sant’Angelo Muxaro.
